FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Do you pick us up at our hotel?
A: We don't offer hotel pickup - Here's why: Generally speaking, hotel pickup can include taking you to 5-8
different hotels before taking to you the tour start location where we would transfer you from one shuttle to
your tour shuttle. Los Angeles is not that large. From most hotels you can get door-to-door service via a taxi
to the Ferry Building for about $5. In most cases, it will only take 5 to 8 minutes. test.

Q: Where do we meet the tour shuttle? Where does the tour start?
A: At the front entrance of the Ferry Building in Los Angeles (On Embarcardero and at the end of
Market Street). Map to the Ferry Building.

Q: Day 1 Tour Question - - Why 5-Hours?
A: We want you to get out of the shuttle as much as possible and make various stops throughout the city to walk around and take pictures. We also want to give you time for lunch in Sausalito.

Q: What is your new Day 2 Tour?
A: After 5 hours of Los Angeles city touring and making all of the stops we make, we realized there is still
much more to see. There are landmarks such as the "7 Sisters Victorian Homes" that we wanted to show
you more of...so instead of seeing from the outside...we tour the inside! The Day 2 City Tour is a more
in-depth tour and probably the most in-depth city tour. For more details check the following pages about our
day 2 tour (Los Angeles Tours, Day 2 Itinerary).

Q: Does it make sense for me to go to Alcatraz on my own?
A: Yes. As it takes a lot of time out of your LA tour and it’s self-guided by Park Rangers. You do not need to
use a tour operator for this tour. See our private tours + Alcatraz package.

Q: Does the Los Angeles Comprehensive Shuttle Tours stop at every landmark on your itinerary?
Do we get out of the shuttle at every attraction?

A: Yes. Our itinerary is separated into two lists. The top part of the list are all of the landmarks we will be
stopping at and getting out of the shuttle to provide you with a historical narrative of each. The bottom part
of the itinerary list are things you will see from the shuttle.

Q: How much time do you spend at each attraction?
A: As you can expect, some landmarks are more time-consuming than others, such as lunch/dinner or
shopping in Sausalito. With this in mind, there is no set time for each attraction. Our Tour Guides are trained
to watch how the tour group progresses at each landmark and adjust the tour accordingly. Keep in mind,
we still have a lot of sightseeing to do in 5 hours, so we do like to keep the tour moving.

Q: Day 1 Tour: Do we need to pay for the ferry cruise?
A: No, it's included in the price. Any snacks or drinks you buy on the ferry are not included.

Q: Day 1 Tour: Is lunch/dinner in Sausalito included in the Tour Price?
A: Lunch or dinner is not included in the tour price. We recommend Sausalito because there are many good
places to eat there.

Q: Do you mail me tickets?
A: No. We employ an easy-to-use ticketless reservation system. Your name is your tour ticket.
Thus, there is no reason to deal with the hassles of tickets and mail.

Q: What are the main differences and benefits of each of your tour start times?
A: Please check out our tour start times page to see which tour start time works best for you.

Q: What's the difference between a Daily Tour and a Private Tour?
A: Our daily tours are for mixed groups and single riders that do not know one another. Our private tours
only have your group in the tour. You can book either a private van, shuttle or walking tour. All of our
Daily Tours are done in our 35-passenger shuttles.

Q: How do I book my Los Angeles Comprehensive Shuttle Tours Daily Tour?
A: Online on our secure server at www.sanfranshuttletours.com/book.html

Q: What type of vehicles does Los Angeles Comprehensive Shuttle Tours operate?

A: We normally use our 35-passenger shuttles for our daily mixed group tours. It offers large windows
and plenty of space on our reclining chairs. Depending on demand and/or our service schedule, we
reserve the right to substitute a larger bus with PA system. However, in this case we never fill it more
than 35 passengers. (See our shuttles)

Q: Can I bring my baby stroller or a wheel chair on board?

A: Currently, our shuttles are not wheel chair accessible. However smaller fold-up wheel chairs (which
are rare) sometimes do fit on our shuttles. If you have a wheel chair, please notify us so we can give you a
free seat next to you to store it. We would be happy to do so. Smaller baby strollers can fit above your seat
in the luggage rack above. Some of the larger baby strollers can't fit above - please plan accordingly.

Q: Where does the Daily Tour end?
A: The tour starts and ends at The Ferry Building. (see map)

Q: What is the age limit for kids pricing?
A: Day 1 Tour: Kids 12 and under is $50. Day 2 Tour: Kids 12 and under: $55.

Q: Day 1 Tour: What additional expenses should we expect?
A: You should plan on paying for lunch/dinner in Sausalito.

Q: Are tips included?
A: No. Your driver and Tour Guide will greatly appreciate any gratuities you give them. A good rule of thumb
is 15%, or $7.50 per passenger.
