Los Angeles Comprehensive Shuttle Tours, LLC adheres
to a no refund policy for charters,
tours, and other trips purchased in advance. Once a
purchase is made, we reserve shuttles and reject other customers
who ask to reserve shuttles on your dates of travel. However, we will offer you a tour credit for the number of passengers up to 2 years for all of our tours.
We will email you a voucher that makes mention of this credit.
When you change your tour date and time, please keep in mind that in most cases would have sold your seat that you're now not wanting so our policy for changing dates and times are as follows:
Change your tour date/time 48 hours prior to tour time - free of charge (no fees).
Change your tour date/time within the 48hour period - LA City Tour ($10 per person) / Wine Country Tour ($12.50 per person)
The change order fee will be collected at the time of tour check-in.
Please note, by giving us 48 hours notice this gives us ample time to re-sell your seat,
so we're happy to offer you another tour time or date with no fee.

Personal information is defined as information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. |
